HOSTED PACKAGE
• Essentially an all-weather, fully hosted games experience. I bring a wide selection of games and stay to provide hands-on entertainment and engagement throughout the event. As a rugby coach, Beaver leader, and someone experienced working with schools, I specialize in getting people involved and ensuring everyone has fun.
• Eg, when the Jenga set topples or pieces from a game scatter, I’ll reset it and keep things running smoothly. If it rains, I’ll move the games indoors, and if the weather clears up, I’ll take them back outside.
• I have around 40 to 50 indoor games, ranging from arcade basketball to table football, that require a host to keep the momentum going. Typically, after an hour or two, I start organizing competitions, complete with small trophies—adding a playful, interactive twist (think Games with Bruce Forsyth!)
• With this package, guests can choose specific games, but I also bring a range of additional options. Many people enjoy discovering new games that are great for crowds, and I introduce these to keep the energy high and everyone engaged.

• I would liaise by email prior to your wedding day to discuss your arrangements allowing me to produce my Timeline.
• Recommend and advise on Traditions, Protocol and etiquette and support those proposing the most important toasts with advice.
• Arrive at the wedding venue one hour prior to the civil ceremony or church wedding and liaise with the venue staff to confirm all arrangement are in place
• Meet and greet all the family and guests on their arrival at the venue and direct all to reception drinks.

• Invite and direct your guests to the allocated area for group and family photographs.
• Invite your family and guests to attend to their seats prior to the wedding breakfast
